Currently, as an AI Engineer at JobLeads GmbH, I am developing a scalable pipeline to normalize and structure 3.5 million job titles into a coherent occupational hierarchy. Additionally, I have architected an engine that generates dynamic insights for over 10 million job listings on search result pages. This was achieved by implementing a multi-tiered retrieval system and MapReduce to effectively summarize vast amounts of job data for the generation model. As Project Lead at Africa to Silicon Valley (A2SV), I lead the development of Hakim Hub, an AI-powered mental health and clinical management platform, delivering 24/7 multilingual CBT-based support, intelligent therapist matching, real-time doctor appointment scheduling, real-time information on up-to-date available medicines, nearby pharmacy locator, and personalized care options, bridging mental health and clinical service gaps across underserved communities. As Head of Education at Africa to Silicon Valley (A2SV), I lead the initiative to empower high-potential university students across Africa by providing advanced education in problem-solving, data structures, algorithms, and software engineering. My role involves delivering rigorous educational programs that bridge the gap between traditional computer science education and real-world applications. By integrating industry best practices and cutting-edge technologies, I help students develop innovative digital solutions to tackle critical challenges in Africa. Through our partnerships with global tech giants and our focus on hands-on learning, we help students secure positions at top tech companies such as Google, Amazon, LinkedIn, Bloomberg, Databricks, and Square. I'm passionate about optimizing LLMs for low-resource and highly morphological languages.
